The price of the room is not included the city tax. The tax is applicable maximum for 5 nights. Payment of this tax is directly at the reception following this criteria by Municipality of Bologna

The tourist tax must be paid by each lodger; children under the age of 14 are exempt; the tax applies to overnight stays of up to five consecutive nights.
Smoking is prohibited on the premises of the Villino.
There is a lift at the Villino.
Pets are permitted subject to prior arrangement with reception.
There are no staff on duty at night. In the event of an emergency, please contact the adjacent building, which has staff on duty 24 hours a day.
Drinks and snacks are available for purchase from a vending machine both during the day and at night.
If there are children aged 3–4 years, the Villino staff will, on request, provide 2 portable cots and 2 high chairs, as well as a baby room equipped with a changing table and baby bath. Any bottle warmer must be requested from the staff on duty.
