LONG STAY OFFERS

If you're a student, a business person or in any case you need a stay for a 15 days or longer:

  • € 22 per day single room
  • € 40 per day double room

SHORT STAY OFFERS

Are you a tourist?

  • € 40 per day in single room
  • € 60 per day in double room

The price of the room is not included the city tax. The tax is applicable maximum for 5 nights. Payment of this tax is directly at the reception following this criteria by Municipality of Bologna

  • from € 1 to € 70.99: € 3.00 per person/per night
  • from € 71 to € 120.99: € 4.00 per person/per night
  • over € 121: € 5.00 per person/per night

Check-In only by appointment in according with the reception.

The reception can generally accommodate you between 2.00pm and 7.00pm.
We try to be flexible to your needs of arrival.
Arrivals are not accepted after 8.00pm
