The price of the room is not included the city tax. The tax is applicable maximum for 5 nights. Payment of this tax is directly at the reception following this criteria by Municipality of Bologna

The tourist tax must be paid by each lodger; children under the age of 14 are exempt; the tax applies to overnight stays of up to five consecutive nights.
Smoking is not allowed in the Villino.
There is a lift in the Villino.
Pets are allowed by prior arrangement with the reception.
There is no staff present at night. In case of emergency you can refer to the adjacent structure with staff on 24 hours a day.
It is possible to consume drinks or snacks for a fee during the day and night from a special machine.
In case of the presence of children up to 3/4 years old, the staff of the Villino, on request, will provide 2 cots and 2 high chairs as well as a baby room with changing table and bath. Any bottle warmer is to be requested from the staff on duty.
