The price of the room is not included the city tax. The tax is applicable maximum for 5 nights. Payment of this tax is directly at the reception following this criteria by Municipality of Bologna

The tourist tax must be paid by each lodger; children under the age of 14 are exempt; the tax applies to overnight stays of up to five consecutive nights.
Smoking is prohibited on the Villino premises.
There is a lift at the Villino.
Animals are allowed by prior arrangement with reception.
No staff are present during night hours. In the event of an emergency, you can refer to the adjacent facility with 24-hour staff.
It is possible to consume drinks or snacks for a fee during the day and night, dispensed from a special machine.
If there are children up to 3/4 years of age, the Villino staff will, on request, provide 2 cots and 2 high chairs as well as a baby room with changing table and baby bath. Any bottle warmer is to be requested from the staff on duty.
